Returns Policy

3.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted only within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

3.2 Return Eligibility

A return will be accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

• The item was received damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video along with supporting images (from delivery partner and/or customer) must be provided as proof, clearly showing the damage at the time of opening the package.
• Personalised or customised jewellery is strictly not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, even in case of size issues or preference changes.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, labels, certificates, and barcode stickers must be intact and included.
• The invoice/bill must match the product being returned.

3.3 Non-Eligible Returns

We will not accept returns in the following cases:

• Personalised, customised, or made-to-order jewellery items.
• The product is used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or tampered with.
• Tags, barcodes, or packaging are missing or not in original condition.
• Damage or defect is reported without a proper unboxing video proof.
• The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Any issue raised after 7 days from receipt of the product will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3.4 Verification & Approval

• After receiving the return request and the returned item at our office, our team will carefully examine the unboxing video, images, and the product.
• Refund will be approved only after verification of authenticity and damage claim by our experts.
• Zanzar Jewellers reserves the right to reject any return request if it does not meet the required conditions.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Credit Card / UPI / Net Banking) within 5–7 working days.
